Healthy Futures will enable game-changing social ventures to prevent chronic disease and improve health outcomes for all people in Canada. We will mobilize private sector resources, funding, and coaching to select and scale high-impact social ventures.
We are looking for 11 high-impact social ventures that help Canadians to:
Move more and sit less
Eat healthier
Quit smoking
Are you part of a social venture that will reverse these critical public health issues across Canada?
- Early-stage model or growth-stage program
- Population-level program or intervention for targeted groups
- High-impact potential for chronic disease prevention
- Passionate and dedicated leadership team
- Desire to scale breadth and/or depth of impact

Coaching & capacity building supports from LEAP
Access to insights & thought leadership
A predetermined amount of unrestricted funding
Workshops and convenings with peer ventures
